Breast of free range chicken with melting mozarella, roast mediterranean vegetables in basil pesto & vine tomato sauce

Char grilled sirloin steak, crispy onion rings, tomatoes & mushrooms with a coice of peppercorn, blue cheese or red wine sauce

Natural smoked haddock on pea & prawn risotto, topped with a free range poached egg and hollandaise sauce
